About Circle K International:
Circle K International is the world's largest collegiate service organization with over 11,000 members in 19 different countries. Founded in 1934 at Washington State College, Circle K now has clubs in over 600 universities, including 32 in the Georgia district. Circle K is part of the Kiwanis family, which includes Kiwanis clubs for adults and Key Clubs for high school students. Its three basic tenants are Service, Leadership, and Fellowship.
About Reinhardt Circle K:Since 2010-2011 has been our rebuilding year, Reinhardt Circle K has been working hard on campus-wide, local, national, and international service projects. Our projects this year include the following: Echo Garden Clean-up, Campus-Wide Clean-up, Physical Plant Cupcake Bake, Cameron Hall Reverse Trick-or-Treating, Operation Christmas Child, and Valentines for Shepherd Center, as well as many projects and events for the Goshen Valley Boys Ranch. Circle K offers leadership opportunities on the club, district and international levels, as well as scholarships for outstanding student volunteers.
Circle K Pledge:
I pledge to uphold the Objects of Circle K International, to foster compassion and goodwill toward others through service and leadership, to develop my abilities and the abilities of all people, and to dedicate myself to the realization of mankind's potential.
Meetings:
We hold meetings twice a month on Thursdays at 5:00pm at the 2nd Floor of the Gordy Dining Hall. During the meetings, we play icebreakers, collaborate new ideas, and participate in fun service projects!
